Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of GreauxLove's logged delivery time on the order) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at: floralmessages@greauxlove.com

**Please include a photo of the item received when reporting a damaged or defective product**

The terms "damaged" and "defective" used in this policy reflect the following:

  • visibly wilted flowers upon delivery
  • several damaged, flawed or missing petals
  • spent or crisp flowers visible upon delivery
  • incorrect product was delivered

If you received a delivery that is not addressed to you and/or has been delivered to the wrong address, please contact us immediately at 903-714-8336
